  I would like to thank America's Best Staff and doctor for great service and making our small problems with our new glasses right. I truly appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff and doctor. I would also like to thank Nancy the owner for taking the time to write me and help fix our small problems with our glasses.   Always had great eye exams here in the past. Had an appointment scheduled and ran into weather so we called them an hour ahead of scheduled appointment to let them know we were running late and see if we needed to still come in or reschedule. They said we would be fine and to come on in. We walked in 13 minutes past scheduled appointment time and the front desk receptionist said we were outside of the 10-minute window and would have to reschedule regardless of the fact that we had called. We drove nearly two hours for this appointment for nothing and will never come back. Terrible front desk customer service.

  Every time I have gone to this store for glasses, every one has been helpful and nice. I have a very high prescription so I knew I wanted to upgrade my lenses. The lady helped explain the difference in each type of lense and was not pushy to make the sale, but very patient with me. I also cannot see without glasses at all so picking frames is difficult for me as I need others to tell me how they look. She focused on helping me right up until I was satisfied with the purchase. And she explained everything on the receipt. These guys have the best deals in paying out if pocket, they're pretty much the only ones I'll be able to afford to buy glasses from for that reason.
