  Wow- As a business owner, I can't believe how Scott (owner of Colorado Document Security) treats his customers. Scott is incredibly rude. I am surprised he still has any customers since he appears to be in the habit of firing his customers if they don't do a large volume of business. I can respect if he wants larger customers but the way he handled not wanting my business anymore is where the issue lies. No call from his company. He just had his driver come to my office with a note saying "I don't fill the bin often enough" so the driver was instructed to permanently pick up the bin. I called the office to get clarification and that's when Scott had his tirade on the phone. I kept trying to find out how we could come to a reasonable solution to still use his service and he wanted no part of it and kept interrupting me. If anyone at his company had called me in advance to have a conversation about only focusing on larger volume customers, I would've understood and would've had time to find a new company to use for my business. Bad customer service!!
  
  Update: When the delivery guy came to pick up the bin, he handed me a note from the office saying there would be no charge for the bin -- yet surprise surprise, I received a bill in the mail.

  My office has used Colorado Document Security for a number of years. The service has always been excellent. Not only are they professional, they are prompt and will go out of their way to accommodate our particular needs. We have regular shredding needs as well as larger projects from time to time. Each time we request service it is on time and completed to our total satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend Colorado Document Security to anyone.
